DataGene’s CEO, Dr Matthew Shaffer is the Chair of the Interbull Steering Committee.

Through Interbull, DataGene exchanges information with global genetic evaluation units so that the performance information of cows in other countries can be considered in the evaluation of a bull’s genetic merit in Australia, regardless of where the bull was born. In reverse, the proofs of Australian bulls can also be expressed in other countries and be fairly compared with their local bulls.
